Mr. Obama’s privacy

The White House is pushing for a Federal law on privacy: too many different legislations at State level also in the US. Does it sound familiar?

Hereafter the draft text (in English only) that is currently being evaluated by the different parties and lobbies.

A comparison with the EDPR could be interesting: if someone is interested, we could set up a small team to do it. If interested, tell it in a comment to this post
