Europrivacy.info has fulfilled the task of preparing Italian companies for the impact of the GDPR. We started to publish our interpretations of the law well before the final text was approved (in 2015) and we organized dozens of public conferences and debates even with the Data Protection Authority. We consider this task concluded with 316 posts.
We have therefore decided to close the blog at 12/31/2018 thanking the authors and our readers for their support and sympathy.
I graduated in law from University of Turin in September 2017; I had the opportunity to obtain a binational law degree at Université Paris Descartes in Paris and to attend one semester at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies, founded by Georgetown Law in London, where I focused mainly on comparative and transnational law.
Soon after graduation, I started an internship at the Legal Department of Oracle Italia where I approached issues related to Compliance, corporate liability, privacy and data protection from a professional viewpoint.
For europrivacy.info I work on Italian-English translations.
